SECOND JUDICIAL CIRCUIT PLANS FREE LEGAL CLINIC
Residents in need of legal assistance are invited to attend a free legal clinic hosted by the Second Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee on Saturday, October 17, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at R. Frank Nims Middle School in Tallahassee.
This clinic is designed to support individuals across the Big Bend region by providing access to volunteer attorneys who can offer free legal advice, guidance, and assistance on a variety of civil legal issues.
Attendees will be helped on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on attorney availability. Individuals are encouraged to bring any relevant documents or paperwork related to their legal questions.
Areas of assistance include:
• Family Law (custody, divorce, support)
• Landlord-Tenant Issues
• Bankruptcy & Foreclosures
• Small Claims Court
• Contract Law
• Criminal Law
• Driver’s License Issues
• Housing Matters
